Assisting them or doing a chair service.
Greet them first then give the menu and present the bar menu verbally

Take order
Taking orders (first drink and food)
Checking food restriction or allergies.
Perfect timing for food and drinks
Knowledgeable about the food.
Service
Serve the dishes with new clean plates.
Refill the water or tea and wine if they order a bottle if possible.
When they use the washroom, always do the chair service and fold their napkins.
Always be attentive and listen to the customer's request.
And if there is an irregular request try to communicate to the expa and kitchen staff politely.

Teamwork and Responsibility
Make sure that the commi replaces the hot towels in a timely manner.
Before leaving the section to communicate to the back group or going to the washroom ALWAYS make sure the other waiter is informed and your commi is around the section.
Before serving the deserts make sure to clean up their tables first.
If the customer asks for the bill, make sure to check it first with the sommelier and ALWAYS make sure to put the right amount.
For the whole service communicate well with the commi for great quality service.
